Hi Robert, I noticed that your main interest now is developing your religious awareness thru meditation and partaking of the Eucharist.
After Mass, at my parish, they always pray a Rosary. This is such a wonderful conclusion to the Mass for it reiterates everything that lead up to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
If you don't have the chance to pray the Rosary after Mass in front of the Eucharist, then here is a great site about the Rosary that can aid you in your religious awareness and even has meditations on the Rosary which of course are about the life of Jesus and how you can deepen your relationship with Him.
